Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is all about breath-led movement. In these classes, you'll move through a wide variety of poses (asanas), linked together by intentional transitions and steady breath, creating a fluid, energizing experience. Expect the classes to include warm ups, Sun Salutations A and B variations, standing and balancing poses, twists, backbends, inversions, seated asanas, and always a grounding Savasana to close. These classes are moderately vigorous to vigorous, engaging the whole body.

Slow Flow

Still considered a vinyasa (flow) class, but things are done slower. We find more time to explore the transitions, to settle into a pose, and learn the intention behind the pose with more depth and specifics. We recommend trying a few of these classes first before trying the other flow-based classes.

Power Flow

Our Power Flows are vigorous, challenging, and dynamic. Each sequence is intentionally designed to ignite heat, offering a full-body cardiovascular workout with an emphasis on strength and endurance. Transitions may move at a quicker pace to build intensity, or slow down to let you truly feel the burn. Either way, expect to sweat, release tension, and build resilience. You’ll leave re-energized, empowered, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Chair

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice where postures are performed while seated or with the support of a chair. It’s especially beneficial for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone who finds getting down to and up from the floor challenging. We tailor the class to focus on gentle joint mobility, strengthening and lengthening the muscles, and cultivating a deeper mind-body connection. This practice offers a safe and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga—improving strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—without strain. Chair Yoga is also a wonderful option for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a slower, more nurturing practice.

Candlelit Restorative

Restorative Yoga is exactly what it sounds like—a practice designed to bring you deep rest and relaxation. With the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets, you’ll be guided through a slow, nurturing sequence where poses are passively held for 8–10 minutes, allowing your body to settle and the mind to quiet. Gentle breathwork helps soothe the nervous system while the darkened, candlelit room sets the tone for calm and comfort. This class is the perfect antidote to stress, leaving you feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.

Candlelit Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive stretches designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. Poses are typically held for several minutes at a time, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, spine, and shoulders. This class is ideal for anyone looking to release tension, improve flexibility, and create space in both body and mind. Yin is a beautiful complement to more active practices like vinyasa or power yoga, offering balance, stillness, and deep rest. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored. Plus, you'll be practicing in a darkened room, lit by candles- adding to the soothing vibes.

Our goal is to educate, support, and empower you—so that by the end of the series, you feel ready to step into any of our studio classes with more confidence.

This series is for you if:

  • You’ve never practiced yoga before and want a safe, welcoming start.
  • You’ve been away from your practice and are looking for a refresher.

Vin-Yin

This balanced practice blends the energy of Vinyasa with the deep release of Yin. The first half of class flows at a quicker pace to build heat, strength, and mobility through mindful, breath-led movement. In the second half, we slow way down, settling into passive stretches held for 3–5 minutes to target deeper connective tissues and invite the nervous system to soften. Expect contrast, strength and softness, and a deeply satisfying sense of balance.

Sun Sal Saturday

Begin with the familiarity of traditional Sun Salutation A and B to build heat, rhythm, and momentum. From there, the class opens up to the teacher’s choice, offering space for creativity, exploration, and something a little unexpected. This blend of predictability and variety creates a satisfying, energizing flow that feels both grounding and fresh. A perfect way to move into your weekend feeling strong and awake.

This gentle, grief-informed practice offers a safe, compassionate space to process emotions and release the physical tension that grief, sorrow, and sadness can create in the body. Led by Eileen M. Galvin, a certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Yoga Instructor through the MISS Foundation, this class blends yoga with science-based grief research to create a nurturing space for healing, presence, and reconnection.

A gentle, connection-centered class for caregivers and their little ones (newborn through early crawlers). Together, you’ll explore simple movements, supportive stretches, breath awareness, songs, and soothing touch to support postpartum healing while nurturing your baby’s development.

This class helps ease common neck, shoulder, and back tension from feeding and carrying, while gradually reconnecting you with your core and pelvic floor. Babies are free to rest, wiggle, nurse, coo, or cry whenever they need. Their needs guide the rhythm of class, and there is absolutely no pressure for them to be quiet or settled.

Beyond movement, Happy Baby offers a place to exhale, connect with other caregivers, and feel supported in this tender season of life.

No yoga experience is needed — come as you are. Cost is $12 unless you have a membership or class pack then it is included.
