Hello,
My name is Shawn. I have been practicing yoga since 2019 and completed my first yoga training in 2021. My preferred style of yoga is power yoga or Vinyasa, but I have recently developed a fondness for Yin and Yoga Nidra.
After completing my first yoga training, I was enlightened and inspired to continue my learning journey. Two of my favorite yoga poses are pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) and splits (Hanumanasana).
