Tea Ceremony

Tea is an ancient plant that nourishes the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit. In ceremony, it becomes a quiet guide, inviting us to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.

I share the practice of Cha Dao – the Way of Tea.

Tea ceremony invites us into deeper awareness, where clarity, connection, and wonder can naturally emerge.

Tea Ceremony Offering

This tea ceremony is a 90-minute guided experience that invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore tea as a mindful ritual of presence. Rooted in the tradition of Cha Dao – the Way of Tea, the ceremony uses tea as a simple yet profound practice for cultivating awareness, clarity, and connection. Through tea, breath, and quiet reflection, participants are guided into a space of calm attention where the ordinary act of drinking tea becomes an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with the present moment. The ceremony is limited to six participants in order to maintain a focused and intentional atmosphere.

What Participants Will Experience

During the ceremony participants will be guided through:

• A short introduction to Cha Dao – the Way of Tea

• Mindful tea preparation and ceremonial tea serving

• Gentle breath awareness to support presence

• Quiet reflection and journaling

• A shared circle of tea and conversation

Participants will be served high-quality loose-leaf tea prepared ceremonially. Light complimentary energy bites may be available.

Structure of the Ceremony

The experience unfolds in three simple phases:

Arrival & Grounding - Participants settle into the space, connect with breath, and are introduced to the intention of the ceremony.

Tea Ceremony Practice - Tea is prepared and served with mindfulness while participants are guided into deeper presence and sensory awareness.

Reflection & Integration - The ceremony closes with quiet reflection and optional

Atmosphere

Participants will be seated comfortably in a small circle to create a calm and welcoming ceremonial environment.

The intention of the space is to support:

• stillness

• reflection

• presence

• connection

This small group setting allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
