Prior experience recommended. A quiet, intuitive Hatha experience. Settle into the soft stillness of the evening and start your week with a uniquely serene yoga class designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and deepen inner awareness. In this silent yoga experience, verbal cueing is intentionally minimal--just the names of the poses.  A gentle gong or bell will guide each transition, inviting you to move at your own pace and in your own interpretation of the shapes.  This is basic Hatha yoga distilled to its purest form: breath, body, presence. 

Expect:

> LIMITED verbal instruction

> Start your practice with Slow, foundational Hatha Postures

> Gong or Bell cues for transitions

> A meditative, deeply internal flow

> Space to listen to your body's wisdom

> Use restorative Postures to lull yourself into a meditated rest

> Complete with an end of practice meditative "Sound bath"*
