Vinyasa Flow

This 45-minute morning Vinyasa flow is a shortened, purposeful practice designed to warm the body, release overnight stiffness, and set the tone for the day. Vinyasa is a breath-led style of yoga that links movement with steady, intentional breathing, creating a fluid and energizing experience. In this class, you’ll move through a wide variety of postures (asanas) connected by mindful transitions, including warm-ups, Sun Salutation A and B variations, standing and balancing poses, twists, backbends, inversions, and seated postures. Each class closes with a grounding Savasana, allowing the body and mind to settle before stepping into the day. This class is moderately vigorous to vigorous and offers a full-body practice that builds heat, strength, and focus.
