This gentle, grief-informed practice offers a safe, compassionate space to process emotions and release the physical tension that grief, sorrow, and sadness can create in the body. Through slow yoga postures, mindful breath, meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing, students are guided into deeper body awareness, helping them gently reconnect with where tension is held and how to soften it.
Led by Eileen M. Galvin, a certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Yoga Instructor through the MISS Foundation, this class blends yoga with science-based grief research to create a nurturing space for healing, presence, and reconnection.
