Meet Meg


Meg’s yoga journey began 15 years ago when she walked into a hot yoga studio wearing full-on sweats (yes… really). She had no idea what she was doing, but something shifted that day. What started as curiosity quickly became purpose. She knew she wanted to offer others the same tools that had been given to her.

She has completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 100-hour Mindful Yoga Therapy Certification with a focus on working with adaptive athletes. She is currently enrolled at Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU), continuing her studies in yoga therapy. Meg has volunteered with organizations that support adaptive athletes.

Her teaching philosophy is simple and wholehearted: yoga is for everyBODY. She is committed to creating spaces where students feel supported, capable, and fully welcome in their practice
